Duties: |
| Equipment Operators operate basic oil field service equipment (including general labor) and a variety of company vehicles including dual and multi-axle trucks in highway, intra-city and off-road situations in all types of weather conditions. Another important aspect of their job would be to promote all CES safety programs and Company policies while continually expressing and enforcing the commitment to safety by:
•stopping any work in which a safety hazard has been identified until all affected parties are made aware of the possible hazard and all reasonable measures have been taken to mitigate the hazard;
•keeping current with all required safety training courses; and maintaining a safe driving record.

Qualifications: |
| •Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
•Must be able to read, write and speak the English language in a manner that enables the employee to communicate effectively and safely in the workplace.
•Must be able to climb ladders/stairways to work on service equipment and must be able to lift and carry, for a distance of 50 feet, objects weighing 50 pounds.
•Must possess a valid commercial driver's license with hazmat and tanker endorsements and possess a driving record that meets the company's policies which are based on the insurance carrier's requirements for coverage.
•Must be able to follow instructions and to work with a minimum of direct supervision
•Must be capable of operating and properly maintaining or learning to operate and maintain basic oil field service equipment including bulk material transports and miscellaneous support equipment.
•Must possess a working knowledge of or be capable of learning the oil field jobs contracted for by the company and the proper setup of these jobs
•Must possess and demonstrate good leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
WORK CONDITIONS:
Equipment Operators work in varied environments and, sometimes, in what may be considered harsh environments. Exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, in addition to working at heights may be experienced when working in field or plant locations. They must, also, be able to support internal and external customers in the oilfield. Many of these customers work seven days per week and well past "normal" business hours so the Equipment Operators must be available seven days a week and able to be reached by telephone.
